Hey everyone! By now you've probably read that the 50 acres has been preserved, thanks to an amendment to the original agreement between the NJDEP, Burlington County Bridge Commission, and Tidelands. The CDF is reduced from 70 to 20 acres and "extends the life of the park by restarting the 30-year term of the agreement," according to Clara.
Congratulations to everyone who loves the park and worked hard this summer to protect it.
